Observations: Observation during the inspection was that one towel was being used by all children, not single use towels to encouraged health and hygiene.
3070 - CCLR 55(1)(a)
Description: A licensee must immediately notify a parent or emergency contact if, while under the care or supervision of the licensee, the child becomes ill or is injured,
Corrective Actions Required: Ensure that parents are notified immediately in the event of the child being injured or ill. Action/s Required by Licensing: Follow Up Inspection to be conducted.

Observations: A review of the Licensee's minor injury log indicated that parents had not been notified immediately when a child had an injury.

Description: A licensee must have in writing from a parent, and maintain at the community care facility, consent (a) to call a medical practitioner or ambulance in case of accident or illness if the parent cannot immediately be reached,
