Observations: Licensing audited four staff file. From Dec 12, 2024-January 19, 2024 All four staff files had CRCs from the previous owner's name. The new facility did not have a sharing agreement and waited for new staff CRC's to validate.

Description: A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (a)name, sex, date of birth, medical insurance plan number (MSP number does not apply to REC only) and immunization status.
