Description: The licensee must not permit a person over the age of 12 to be ordinarily present on the premises of a community care facility while children are present, unless the person is of good character and the licensee has obtained a criminal record check for that person.

Observations: Licensing observed the licensee CRC expired on October 24, 2024, and the CRC for a person over the age of 12 ordinarily present at the facility expired on November 9, 2024. Licensee stated she processed the CRCs on September 16, 2024, paid, and had not received the CRCs.

Observations: Licensing observed one child with a diagnosis did not have a care plan developed. Through discussion with the Licensee new strategies were being implemented, specific for child, in collaboration with parents, outside agencies and Licensee.
