Observations: Licensing toured the facility and observed baseboards in the front hallways were chipped and dented. The Manager stated they would send a Health and Safety Plan to Licensing, in regards to BC Housing repairing this damage.

Observations: Licensing audited two person in care's care plans. One person in care, identified as being at risk for falls, had a fall prevention plan that did not include a plan for following up on falls suffered by the person in care.
