Observations: Licensing observed that a staff's medication was placed on top of a children's cubby which was accessible to children.
3020 - CCLR 56(1)(c)
Description: A licensee must keep current records of each of the following: (c) a record respecting compliance with section 22 (2) (b) and (c) [emergency training and equipment]
Corrective Actions Required: Ensure a record is kept of monthly fire drill and yearly emergency plan practice.

Observations: Licensing observed the recording of fire drill was missing since March 2025, and the yearly emergency plan practice was missing since October 2024. The manager stated they had practiced both fire drill and emergency drill, but did not record.

Observations: Licensing observed a log of all inspections, maintenance and repairs was not kept since September 2025 in Preschool (30 Months to School Age) program, and the log was not kept since January 2026 at Group Child Care (30 Months to School Age) program and School Age on School Grounds Program.

Description: A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (c) daily attendance record, indicating for each day whether the child is absent or, if the child is present, the time of arrival and departure
