Observations: Licensing observed the outdoor area [patio] of the daycare was modified and was not notified to the Medical Health Officer. There were three slides (Little Tykes) that measured: 3 feet 4 inches, 1 feet 9 inches, 1 feet 8 inches. Licensee stated children would use that space in the afternoons.
