Corrective Actions Taken By Licensee: Licensing reviewed three persons in care's nutrition plans and observed all three were developed by the dietitian on May 6, July 24 and June 5, 2024. The Director of Health and Wellness stated that all persons in care had nutritional care plans.

Observations: Licensing was notified by the Manager that the Director of Culinary Services did not complete the Canadian Society of Nutrition Management (CSNM) program and did not obtain a diploma which was part of the approved exemption conditions dated October 26, 2022. This approved exemption expires on September 24, 2024. Licensing was notified that the education funding was removed for the Director of Culinary Services.
