Description: If a licensee installs electronic devices for the purposes of transmitting or recording images of persons in care or members of the public, the licensee must display in a prominent place notice that electronic surveillance is being used.
Corrective Actions Required: Ensure to post a notice in regards to electronic surveillance in use.

3070 - CCALA 7(1)(c.1)(i)
Description: Licensee must display the rights of adult person in care in a prominent place in the facility.
Corrective Actions Required: Ensure the rights of adult persons in care displayed in a prominent place in the facility.
