Observations: Licensing observed one child in care on this date without a registration form. While on site the parent completed the form, bringing the them into compliance.

Observations: Licensing reviewed five children's files. Three files were missing emergency contacts and one file was missing medical practitioner name and number. While on site, all missing information was added to the three children's files.
