Observations: Licensing observed that in the outdoor play area designated for the Group Child Care (30 Months to School Age), a wooden board had been installed next to the fence, beside the playground equipment. The wooden board had splintered and sharp corners. There was a gap between the fence and the wooden board, which allowed children access to exposed screws that appeared to be loosely covered with a piece of pool noodle material. The pool noodle was easily removed when touched.
