Observations: Licensing observed two play pens that were intended to be used for sleeping infants and/or toddlers. Licensing observed one of two play pens had a manufacturer label warning which stated the play yard was intended for playing purposes only. The Licensee stated at the time of inspection the play pen would be removed and only the remaining play pen that stated the purpose was for either play or sleep would be utilized and/or that a nap/rest mat would be used if a second infant/toddler sleep space was required.

Observations: Licensing reviewed three staff files and observed one file was missing a valid first aid certificate. Licensing observed the Licensee state that at times the staff member would be caring for children without another staff present.
3070 - CCLR 57(2)(a)
Description: A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (a)name, sex, date of birth, medical insurance plan number (MSP number does not apply to REC only) and immunization status.
