Description: A licensee must ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times while children are under the supervision of employees

Observations: Licensing observed hazardous products(cleaners) under the kitchen that had been accessible to children in care
3000 - CCLR 23(2)
Description: A licensee must have first aid kits that are readily accessible to all employees, including while care is provided off the community care facility premises.
Corrective Actions Required: Ensure that the first aid kit is readily accessible.

Observations: Licensee stated that when children are in the outside play area the first aid kit is upstairs at the far end of the home and would not be readily accessible.

Description: A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (a)name, sex, date of birth, medical insurance plan number (MSP number does not apply to REC only) and immunization status.
