Observations: Licensing audited three staff files. One staff file had an an expired CRC.

Description: A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information:
(f) any medication administered to the child, including the amount and the time at which the medication was administered
Corrective Actions Required: Ensure medication is administered in the amount and at the
times specified by the parent.
