Observations: Licensing observed an unlocked cupboard in the Group Child Care (Under 36 Months) that had a multipurpose cleaner and Vim accessible to children. Licensing observed a stereo placed on a high shelf in two Group Child Care (Under 36 Months) programs that created a hazard for children.
3010 - CCLR 19(1)(a)
Description: A licensee must not employ a person in a community care facility unless the licensee or, in the case of a person who is not the manager, the manager has first met with the person and obtained all of the following: a criminal record check for the person

Observations: Group Child Care (30 Months to School Age) program had 19 children with three staff: RA, RA , ECEA when a ECE, ECEA and ECEA were required. in the Group Child Care (Under 36 Months) program there were 11 children with three staff (ECE, ECE, ECE), when a ITE, ECE and ECEA were required. This item was corrected during the inspection.
3070 - CCLR 57(2)(j)
Description: A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (j) a record of any person who is not permitted access to the child
