Observations: Licensing observed an entanglment hazard on the left hand side of the slide in the Group Child Care (30 Months to School Age) program. This represents an immediate hazard to the health and safety of children in care. Saftey plan put in place while on site, Manager stated children will not use the slide until corrected and sign/barrier was put up at the top, making it not accesible to children. Full compliance will not be met until the entanglment hazard is corrected and Licensing can retest it on site.
