Observations: Licensing audited two staff files. Two out of two staff files were missing valid CRC's from December 7, 2023 to January 22, 2024. The CRC's were from the previous facility ownership. On this date, LO observed the valid CRC's were under the new facility name were sent digitally to the manager at the time of the inspection.

Description: The licensee must review the care plan at least once each year with a parent of the child requiring extra support and any person requested by the parent.
