Description: A licensee must ensure that each care plan is reviewed and, if necessary, modified if there is no substantial change in the circumstances of the person in care, at least once each year to ensure it continues to meet the needs and preferences, and is compatible with the abilities, of the person in care who is the subject of the care plan

Corrective Actions Required: Ensure that care plans are reviewed at least once each year. Action/s Required by Licensee: Licensee to submit a corrective action plan to Licensing specific to the contravention. Action/s Required by Licensing: On April 2, 2026, Licensee submitted a corrective action plan to Licensing. The corrective action plan included: a person in care's diabetic nutrition care plan was reviewed by the Manager on March 19, 2026, and Delegation of Task (DOT) training was provided by nursing, to staff regarding the diabetic monitoring on April 8, 2026. The corrective action plan was reviewed and accepted by Licensing.
