3000 - SPS DOLSOP (Clearance)
Description: A 1.8 metre (6 feet) clearance around equipment is considered safest
Corrective Actions Required: Ensure that there is a six foot clearance around elevated pieces of equipment which is considered safest.

Observations: Licensing observed that the Step 2 climber did not have a six foot clearance, specifically by the blue slide and the red stairs. A Little Tikes playhouse was within five feet and was directly in front of the blue slide. The fence was within six feet of the red stairs which are used to access the Step 2 climber.
3070 - CCLR 57(2)(d)
Description: A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (d) name and telephone number of a parent, medical practitioner (doctor's name and number does not apply to REC only) and emergency contact
Corrective Actions Required: Ensure that, for each child, there is the name and telephone number of an emergency contact.
