The corrective action plan included: a memo was sent on April 30, 2026 to all nursing staff reinforcing incident reporting, leadership staff would cross-reference Licensing reports with reportable events once weekly for a two-week period to ensure compliance and Licensing would provide on site education to nursing staff on incident Reporting on May 20, 2026. The corrective action plan was reviewed and accepted by Licensing.
