Corrective Actions Taken By Licensee: On December 6, 2022, Licensee submitted photo of the castle combo slide unit buried in snow. The unit was removed from hard surface and placed on grassy area. Snow removal equipment damaged the castle unit and will now be removed and discarded.

Observations: Licensing observed plastic fort climber placed on pavement. Slides of 26 to 28 inches are part of forts. Licensee stated slides are rarely used and children are typically just playing in the fort sections.
