Observations: Licensing audited the narcotic count binder and observed June 24 and 28, 2023 and July 1, 2023 were missing a second signature. Licensing confirmed with Manager that the policy is for two staff to sign off on narcotics.

Description: Clear and up to date records of immunization status kept for each person in care
