Description: Without limiting subsection (1), a licensee must ensure that the ratio of employees to children attending a community care facility is no less than that permitted in Schedule E.

Observations: LIcensing observed both Group Child Care ( School Age) programs had 14 children in each group with one RA. Both programs had kindergarten and grade one students in care. Schedule E allows for a 1:12 ratio when kindergarten or grade one children are atttending.
