Observations: Licensing reviewed 11 of 11 staff files. One staff had an expired First Aid Certificate. Staff had worked alone. While on site staff schedules were rearranges so the staff will no work alone until First Aid Certificate is renewed.

Observations: Licensing observed on child from the Group Child Care (Under 36 Months) program visiting the Group Child Care (30 Months to School Age) program to support a gradual transition. Child was not signed out of one program and in to the other on attendance records.

Description: The licensee must review the care plan at least once each year with a parent of the child requiring extra support and any person requested by the parent.
