Observations: Licensing observed the lead in water 2 minute flush, as part of the corrective action plan, had not been recorded since June 3, 2024 in the Group Child Care (30 Months to School Age) program.

Observations: Licensing observed the Lead in Water tracking sheet in the Group Child Care (30 Months to School Age) had not been recorded since June 3, 2024. The facility currently follows a corrective action plan for lead and water of a two minute flush and a record that it has been completed. Manager stated they do the 2 minute flush every morning but forgot to record.
