Observations: Licensing observed the facility's emergency plan which included a facility floor plan. The Manger stated the floor plan was not current with the current person in care's names and occupancy to the bedrooms, and had to be updated.

Description: A care plan must include all of the following: a plan to address if there is agreement to the use of restraints under section 74 (1) (b) [when restraints may be used], the type or nature of restraint and the frequency of reassessment

Observations: Licensing audited two person in care's care plans. One person in care required the use of lap belt as a restraint. The lap belt restraint information was not included in the care plan.
