Observations: Licensing observed a large tarp in the middle of the backyard covered in water.
3000 - CCLR 47
Description: A licensee, other than a licensee who provides a care program described as School Age Care on School Grounds, must ensure that any heated water accessible to children is heated to no more than 49° Celsius.

Observations: Licensing observed the water temperature to be 51.7 degrees Celsius this date. This is an immediate risk to the health and safety of children in care and must be corrected immediately. Licensee stated she would supervise the children while washing their hands. Licensing stated that a returned visit to measure the water was required.

Observations: Licensing observed a small trampoline with a handle on top placed on the cement pad in the back yard. Licensing also observed a large trampoline measuring 14 feet x 8 ft in the back yard that is only used after daycare hours, holiday and on weekends by family members. No access to the trampoline to daycare children during daycare hours. Health and Safety plan submitted on April 24, 2020.
3070 - CCLR 57(2)(a)
Description: A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (a)name, sex, date of birth, medical insurance plan number (MSP number does not apply to REC only) and immunization status.
Corrective Actions Required: Ensure a record showing immunization status is kept for each child.
