Observations: Licensing tested water temperature in Cottage one, two, and three. Water temperature in Cottage three was 52.8 degrees Celsius. This represents an immediate risk to the health and safety of persons in care and must be corrected immediately. The manager stated the maintenance manager will adjust the water temperature. A plumber will be called to further inspect and adjust water temperature if needed. Full compliance will not be achieved until the plan has been implemented and completed.
