Observations: Licensing observed the water temperature in person in care's bathroom at 53.7 degree Celsius. This represents an immediate risk to the health and safety of persons in care and must be corrected immediately. A plan for corrective action is to be submitted to Licensing by May 17, 2023. Full compliance will not be achieved until the plan has been implemented and completed.

Observations: One person in care started a new narcotic medication in May 2023 and there was no naloxone kit and staff stated they were not trained in the administration of Naloxone.
