Corrective Actions Required: Ensure that a parent or emergency contact is notified immediately if the child becomes ill or is injured. Action/s Required by Licensee: Licensee to submit a corrective action plan to Licensing specific to the contravention. Action/s Required by Licensing: On August 22, 2026, Manager submitted a corrective action plan to Licensing. The corrective action plan included: a staff meeting was conducted to review injury notification procedures and the Manager would review injury reports to ensure the required parent notification was completed. The corrective action plan was reviewed and accepted by Licensing.
