Observations: Licensing reviewed seven staff files of which one had an expired criminal record check dated February 27, 2024.

Observations: Licensing reviewed corrective action plan dated December 1, 2023 which had not been followed for the months of February and March. CAP indicated in part the following: Staff would review emergency procedures and incident/accident reports for the month of February and child care staff responsibilities including behavior management and schedule H of the CCLR for reporting purposes for the month of March. Additionally, staff would sign a document agreeing that they had reviewed and understood the policies and procedures. Licensing observed no documents signed by staff or record of review. This was confirmed by the Manager.

Description: A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (d) name and telephone number of a parent, medical practitioner (doctor's name and number does not apply to REC only) and emergency contact
