Observations: Licensing observed heavy objects stacked on overhead shelves and not secured and a Little Tykes play structure that was broken
3000 - SPS DOLSOP (Hard surfaces)
Description: Equipment must not be installed over concrete, asphalt or other hard surfaces (may include dry grass
