Corrective Actions Required: Ensure Licensee must operate the community care facility in a manner that promotes the health, safety and dignity of all children in care. Action/s Required by Licensee: Licensee to submit a corrective action plan to Licensing specific to the contraventions. On August 25, 2026, the Regional Manager submitted a corrective action plan to Licensing. The corrective action plan included: during a heat warning, UV index and temperature will be monitored before and during outdoor play. Children will be monitored for signed of heat illness or distress. Educators will ensure children are wearing hats or are in shaded areas. Daycare hats will be provided by the Licensee if needed. The corrective action plan was reviewed and accepted by Licensing.
