Observations: Licensing observed one Group Child Care (Under 36 Months) program with eight children in care had three staff; one ITE and two ECEA's where one of the ECEA's needed to be qualified as an ECE.
3070 - CCLR 10(1)
Description: Applicants for licences and licensees must notify a medical health officer immediately of any change in the information provided under section 9
Corrective Actions Required:
Corrective Actions Taken By Licensee: The off site play space plan was being followed. Licensing observed the approved offsite playground was being used at the time of inspection. The approved offsite plan was implemented with tent set up for diaper changes, plastic fencing secured with two clips at the entrance and one staff member standing by the entrance. Licensing observed 12 children engaged in outdoor activities at the off site approved play space.

Corrective Actions Required:
Corrective Actions Taken By Licensee: Licensing observed 12 children engaged in outdoor activities; running, playing with balls. The offsite play space plan was followed this date. Licensing observed tent set up for changing diapers and plastic fencing was set up at the entrance with two clips to secure the fencing. One staff was set up at the entrance to the park.
Actions Required By Licensing: No further action required; this contravention has been addressed.
