Observations: Licensing audited five staff files and observed three had no record of First Aid certificates and one staff First Aid expired on July 31,2024. Manager stated that only one staff, that worked two days a week, had a current First Aid certificate. Three days a week the facility did not have any staff with a current First Aid certificate.

Description: A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (d) name and telephone number of a parent, medical practitioner (doctor's name and number does not apply to REC only) and emergency contact
