Description: A licensee must ensure that the care and supervision of a person in care is consistent with the terms and conditions of the person in care’s care plan.

Corrective Actions Taken By Licensee: Licensee emailed on June 2, 2022 which indicated that the Clinical Lead Nurse met with staff to review the care plan and two person assist. Staff agreed to follow the care plan. Care plan changed April 11, 2022 to two person for transfer post fall. Copy of Care Alerts for person in care was now posted inside OHL cupboard.
