Observations: Licensing reviewed eight person in care's records and four persons in care did not have a record of consent to admission.

Description: A licensee must, to the greatest extent possible while maintaining the health, safety and dignity of persons in care, keep the records and personal information of persons in care confidential.

Corrective Actions Taken By Licensee: Licensing observed that all documents with confidential information about persons in care had been removed from the dining room walls and placed in binders that were accessible to staff.

3080 - RCR 69(3)(a)
Description: A licensee must ensure that all medications in the community care facility are safely and securely stored.
Corrective Actions Required:
Corrective Actions Taken By Licensee: Licensing observed two medication carts that had new lock mechanisms in place and staff demonstrated the carts were able to be locked. The Manager stated all medication carts had new lock mechanisms. Licensing did not observe any medications in the main bathroom in the hallway.
