Observations: Licensing audited nine staff files and observed one had a letter from the ECE Registry dated 2007 stating they had met the requirement of an assistant under section 11(c) of the Child Care Licensing Regulations. The staff member did not have a current certificate in the last five years.

Description: A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (j) a record of any person who is not permitted access to the child
