Observations: Licensing observed five staff records; one staff record was missing a valid Criminal records check.

Description: Without limiting subsection (1), a licensee must ensure that the ratio of employees to children attending a community care facility is no less than that permitted in Schedule E.

Observations: Licensing observed five staff records; one staff record had an expired ECE certificate. The staff stated they did act as an ECE when required. The staff also indicated they were in process of completing the hours required to apply for certificate renewal.
