Observations: Licensing observed: fence panels down one whole side of the approved outdoor play space yard that were leaning and were easily able to sway back and forth using little force as a result of rotting fence posts; rotted and decaying floor surfacing of the elevated wooden climbing fort structure that two slides are attached too, as well, rotted surfacing at the top of the stairs leading to the entrance of the elevated slide platform; a wooden toy storage shed with gaps in the roofing and decaying shingles that resulted in mold on the inside of the roof of the toy storage shed where toys were currently stored.
