Observations: Licensing observed a fire extinguisher with a service tag that stated it had last been serviced February 2024 which indicated the fire extinguisher had not been serviced in the last 12 months.

Observations: Licensing observed that a Responsible Adult (RA) staff members criminal record check had expired August 30, 2024, additionally, Licensing observed a staff file for a substitute Responsible Adult (RA) had also expired January 31, 2025.
