3000 - CCLR 47: 3000 - CCLR 47 Licensing tested the water in the house to be 52.5 degrees Celsius. This represents an immediate risk to the health and safety of children in care and must be corrected immediately. Manager turned the hot water off at the time of the inspection.
3010 - CCLR 19(1)(a): 3010 - CCLR 19(1)(a) Licensing reviewed six staff files. One file contained an expired criminal record check. Corrective Actions: Ensure a current criminal record check is obtained for all employees.
3010 - CCLR 19(1)(b): 3010 - CCLR 19(1)(b) Licensing reviewed six staff files. Two files did not contain character references. Corrective Actions: Ensure character references in respect of the person are obtained for all employees.
3010 - CCLR 19(1)(f): 3010 - CCLR 19(1)(f) Licensing reviewed six staff files. Two files did not contain immunization status. Corrective Actions: Ensure evidence that the person has complied with the Province's immunization and tuberculosis control programs is obtained for all employees.
3010 - CCLR 19(4)(a): 3010 - CCLR 19(4)(a) Licensing reviewed six staff files. Five files did not contain evidence that the Educator's certificate had been verified. Corrective Actions: Ensure all Educator and Assistant Educator's hold a certificate issued under Division 2 [Employee Qualifications] verified by the Licensee using a system established and maintained by the director of the Early Childhood Educator Registry.

3020 - CCLR 56(1)(c): 3020 - CCLR 56(1)(c) Licensing observed that fire drills had not been recorded since May. Manager stated that drills were practiced but staff had forgotten to record the information. Corrective Actions: Ensure current records are kept respecting compliance with Section 22 (2)(b).
3070 - CCLR 57(2)(d): 3070 - CCLR 57(2)(d) Licensing reviewed eight children's files. Two files did not contain date of enrollment. This was corrected at the time of the inspection. Corrective Actions: Ensure a record is kept for each child showing date of enrollment.
