Corrective Actions: Ensure character references are obtained for all employees.

3010 - CCLR 19(1)(f): 3010 - CCLR 19(1)(f) Licensing reviewed six staff files. One file did not contain immunization status.
Corrective Actions: Ensure immunization status is obtained for all employees.

3010 - CCLR 19(4)(a): 3010 - CCLR 19(4)(a) Licensing reviewed six staff files. Two files did not contain evidence that the Educator's certification had been verified.
Corrective Actions: Ensure all Educators and Assistant Educators hold a vaild certificate under Division 2 and that the certificate has been verified.

3070 - CCLR 57(2)(a): 3070 - CCLR 57(2)(a) Licensing reviewed ten children's files. Two files did not contain immunization status.
Corrective Actions: Ensure a record is obtained for each child showing immunization status.
