Observation: Through the investigation process, Licensing determined that the Licensee did not ensure the healthy and safe environment, specifically in regards to sun safety.
Corrective action: Ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times while children are under the supervision of employees. Action/s Required by Licensee: Licensee to submit a corrective action plan specific to this contravention. Action/s Required by Licensing: This investigation was identified in the Final Investigation Report which identified contraventions to the Community Care and Assisted Living Act and Child Care Licensing Regulation. Conditions were imposed on the facility licence on April 26, 2023.

Observation: Through the investigation process, Licensing determined the Field Trip Policy was not followed by the Licensee.
