Observation: Through the investigation process, Licensing determined that the Licensee did not ensure the health, safety and dignity of children in care, specifically related to confidentiality.
Corrective action: Ensure the health, safety and dignity of children in care, specifically related to confidentiality. Action/s Required by Licensee: Licensee to submit a corrective action plan to Licensing specific to the contravention. Action/s Required by Licensing: On May 12 and 13, 2022, Licensee submitted a corrective action plan specific to the contravention. The corrective action plan included review and sign off that the Licensee is aware and understands the confidentiality agreement. This corrective action plan has been reviewed and accepted by Licensing.
