Observation: Through the investigation process; Licensing determined at the time of this complaint inspection that there were no certified Early Childhood Educators in ratio with children at the facility.
Corrective action: Ensure that Licensee must replace an absent employee. Action/s Required by Licensee: Licensee to submit a corrective action plan to Licensing specific to the contravention. Action/s Required by Licensing: On October 12, 2023, Licensee submitted a corrective action plan to Licensing. The corrective action plan included an application for a Level 2 Exemption CCLR 34(2)(b) Schedule E1(2)(b)(i)(ii). The corrective action plan was reviewed and accepted by Licensing. Licensing to review and monitor this corrective action plan. On November 1, 2023, Licensing approved the exemption request.
