Observation: Through the Licensing investigation process, Licensing determined that the physical plant was not in a good state of repair.
Corrective action: Ensure that all furniture and equipment for use by persons in care are maintained in a good state of repair. Action/s Required by Licensee: Licensee to submit a corrective action plan to Licensing specific to the contravention. Action/s Required by Licensing: On May 19, 2022, Licensee submitted a corrective action plan. The corrective action plan included repairs requests were submitted to BC Housing on April 25, 2022. The corrective action plan was reviewed and accepted by Licensing. Licensing to review and monitor this corrective action plan. Follow Up Inspection required. On July 4, 2022, Licensing received an email confirmation, that the holes in the walls were repaired.
