Observation: Through the investigation process, Licensing determined that the Licensee did not ensure that all employees implemented policies.
Corrective action: Ensure that all employees implement policies. Action/s Required by Licensee: Licensee to submit a corrective action plan to Licensing specific to the contravention. Action/s Required by Licensing: on February 10, 2024, Licensee submitted a corrective action plan to Licensing. The corrective action plan included: A memo outlining the post falls assessment policy was distributed to the communication binders on February 8, 2024 and staff were asked to sign for their acknowledgement and understanding of the policy, by February 10, 2024. This corrective action plan was reviewed and accepted by Licensing. Licensing to review and monitor this corrective action plan. On February 20, 2024, Licensing received documentation confirming that the policy review was completed by staff.
