3080 - CCLR 11(1) 
 

A licensee must display in a prominent place in the community care facility both the licence, including any terms or conditions of the licence, and the name of the manager.

Observation: Through the investigation process, Licensing determined that the Licensee had not posted the facility licence in a prominent place in the community care facility.

Corrective action: Ensure that the facility licence was displayed in a prominent place in the community care facility. Action/s Required by Licensee: Licensee to submit a corrective action plan to Licensing specific to the contravention. Action/s Required by Licensing: On April 17, 2024, Licensee submitted a corrective action plan to Licensing. The corrective action plan included photos showing that the facility licence was now posted on the windows by the drop off/pick up doors of the facility observable to parents/visitors.

3080 - CCLR 11(4) 
 

A licensee must display in a prominent place in the community care facility the certificate of any educator or assistant employed to work in the community care facility.

Observation: Through the investigation process, Licensing determined that the Licensee had not posted the educator/assistant certificates in a prominent place in the community care facility.

Corrective action: Ensure that the certificate of any educator or assistant employed was displayed in a prominent place in the community care facility. Action/s Required by Licensee: Licensee to submit a corrective action plan to Licensing specific to the contravention. Action/s Required by Licensing: On April 17, 2024, Licensee submitted a corrective action plan to Licensing. The corrective action plan included photos showing that the staff certificates were now posted on the windows by the drop off/pick up doors of the facility observable to parents/visitors.
