Observation:
Corrective action: Action/s Required by Licensee: Licensee to submit a corrective action plan to Licensing specific to the contravention. Action/s Required by Licensing: On October 5, 2021, Licensee submitted a corrective action plan to Licensing. The corrective action included, on October 14, 2021, the Behaviorist reviewed the person in care's care plan, the care plan was in process of being revised to include no restrictions for outings and all staff were aware the person in care had no restrictions for outings. This corrective action plan was reviewed and accepted by Licensing. Licensing to review and monitor this corrective action plan. Follow Up inspection required. On March 28, 2022, Licensing received a copy of the person in care's revised behaviour care plan.
