Observation: Through the investigation process, Licensing determined that the nutrition policy was not followed by staff.
Corrective action: Ensure the policies and procedures referred to in subsection (1) are implemented by employees. Action/s Required by Licensee: Licensee to submit a corrective action plan to Licensing specific to this contravention. Action/s Required by Licensing: On October 14, 2022, the Licensee submitted a corrective action plan to Licensing. The corrective action plan included: the facility nutrition policy was updated; parents signed a declaration of receipt and acknowledgment of the updated policy and the facility enrollment package was updated to include that all policies must be read and agreed too.
